Every feature at Compass Heights came from one place: our residents. Before we built anything, we asked what they actually wanted. Then we got to work.
Outdoors, you will find a swimming pool, grilling area, basketball court, fire pits, a hammock garden, putting green, cornhole, and ping pong. Inside, a community laundry room serves residents who need it, alongside our door-to-door laundry service that picks up, washes, dries, folds, and returns your laundry within two to four hours.
This is not an amenity package. These are the features our community asked for, built by a team that listened.

Pet Details
• Dogs and cats are allowed (maximum of 2 pets per home)
• One-time pet fee: $300 for one pet, $500 for two
• Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet
• No weight limit
Restrictions
• Exotic animals are not permitted
• Fish tanks may not exceed 20 gallons
• The following breeds are restricted: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrid, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita
